ECOPAVR® One-Year Warranty

Efflorescence

A whitish, powder-like deposit that sometimes appears on concrete products, in no way affects the structural integrity of the pavers, and will wash and wear off over time. Because this is a natural occurrence, NCP Industries accepts no responsibility or liability for this condition. Our products are made from natural, environmentally-friendly materials, and therefore, color variations may occur.

Excessive Heat

Fire can cause a product to crack or blacken in color. NCP Industries accepts no responsibility or liability for products that have cracked or turned color due to excessive heat or flame exposure.

Important Notice

In order to make a claim under this warranty, the owner must return the defective product to the dealer who sold the product. Any implied warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose are limited in duration as stated above. The exclusive remedy under this warranty is the replacement of a defective paver. NCP Industries shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damage arising from any breach of warranty.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

  • NCP Industries warrants to the owner that should a paver, installed according to our installation guidelines, prove defective for up to one year after purchase, it will be replaced without cost.
  • This Warranty is transferable with a valid proof of purchase.
  • NCP Industries is not responsible for labor costs incurred in the removal and replacement of defective products.

Important Notice:
